Poinciana Room, Garden Room, Club Room and Private Dining Rooms
Men are required to wear a jacket and tie in these rooms, except for Sunday Breakfast and Sunday Royal Buffet, when casual wear, including golf attire, is acceptable throughout the Club. Boys over 14 years of age shall comply with the men’s dress code. Ladies are encouraged to wear a dress, suit or pantsuit. Dress code for private parties may vary but must be approved by the Director of Clubhouse Operations before being announced to guests. Blue denim or blue jeans are not permitted throughout the Clubhouse.
Dinner Service in the Grill and Courtyard
Jackets are optional with dressy casual wear recommended. Ladies are encouraged to wear a suitable outfit befitting the men’s required attire. Blue denim or blue jeans are not permitted. Boys over 14 years of age shall comply with the men’s dress code.
Dinner Service in the Courtyard Bar and Pavilion
Men and ladies may wear causal wear or active sportswear.
Lunch Service in the Grill, Courtyard, Pavilion and 19th Hole
Accepts casual wear and active sportswear. Shoes are required. Blue denim and blue jeans and/or swimwear (unless covered) are not permitted.
Hats and Caps
Hats are to be removed in all interior areas of the clubhouse which includes the Tennis Shop, Golf Shop and the 19th Hole. On all Club property outside, the visors are to be worn to the front.
The entire clubhouse and the 19th Hole, including the screened areas, are “non-smoking areas.”
Personal Electronic Devices
The following items are defined as Personal Electronic Devices (PED): cell
phones, tablets/iPads, smart watches and electronic readers. PED may be used in silent mode (with no sound
and no verbal communication or interaction) for reading or reference in all
areas of the Club and Clubhouse, including areas where food is served.
On the golf course, practice areas and adjacent areas, silent camera and
GPS applications are permitted.
communication on cell phones is not permitted on the Club premises or grounds
with the following exceptions:
phones may be used for medical emergency.
may be made from automobiles while parked in the parking lot.
may be made from the Library outside the Ladies’ Locker Room with the door
may be made from the Men’s Locker Room phone booth.
